Great post on engineered wood floors!
We are a lumber & engineered wood floor dealer in Atlanta and it is amazing how much time and money a home owner or builder can save when they use I-Jost floor systems.
Some other points that piggy back on reducing waste when using a I-Jost system are that you can span your floor joists further apart, have the HVAC and electric holes pre-drilled and ends marked so that the floor goes up quickly, with less material and saving the homeowner money.
